The capacity is between 100 and 500 guests, indoors in the multi-level main room with wheel-chair accessibility. Additional venue features are:

Bella Vista has an experienced event team committed to high standards of service. A dedicated event coordinator works with you to meet your specific needs. The venue provides complete staffing, and the on-site coordinator will manage vendors and staff during the event.
The Bella Vista events coordinator also works with you to understand your needs and help organize bespoke events.
Wedding Catering at Bella Vista
All food is provided by an in-house catering company A Taste of Class. The culinary team designs a curated menu for your special day, reflecting your needs and budget.
Menu options include:
- Three-course dinner: appetizer, entree, dessert
- Buffet: Custom buffet option (salad bar, pasta, hot items, desserts), BBQ steak buffet, BBQ chicken buffet, ballpark BBQ, Kids buffet
- Cocktail reception: Deluxe hors d'oeuvres, cocktail platters, premium hors d'oeuvres, interactive chef station, dessert trays, elite hots, late-night snacks, party dips
- Dessert: Trays, deluxe squares, cookie basket, dips, yogurt parfaits
- Breakfast or lunch menu: available for daytime receptions
- Nutrition breaks
The food selection is a classic Western and North American menu with familiar and comforting dishes and global influences. Two bars are equipped with national and international beers, fine wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. Work with your event coordinator to create a custom beverage package.
