SAPPHIRE PACKAGE - $90/GUEST This is our essentials package with the basic services you will need for your wedding. It includes: ceremony & reception spaces, basic linens and in-house decor, a plated dinner, and DJ services. CELEBRATION PACKAGE - $110/GUEST This is our reception only package. It includes: reception space, elevated linen and decor, a plated dinner, late night snack, corkage fee and DJ services. EMERALD PACKAGE - $120/GUEST This is our flexible package which allows you to pick and choose services to meet your needs. It includes: ceremony and reception spaces, elevated linens and decor, plated or buffet dinner, and yoru choice of 3 additional services. DIAMOND PACKAGE - $130/GUEST This is our all-inclusive package, with everything you will need and want on your wedding day. It includes: ceremony and reception spaces, all-inclusive linens and decor, full corkage fee, plated or buffet dinner, appetizers, late night snack, officiant and DJ services.

We held our wedding at Bel Acres this past summer...and we were absolutely blown away with the work they did for us! Their new renovations to the clubhouse were absolutely beautiful, our guests specifically loved the patio! The brand new Ceremony space was gorgeous, our pictures turned out so nice with the landscaping and backdrop. Our dinner was to die for, many of our guests raved about the food. Amanda & Jonathan were absolute rockstars for us all during the planning process,...We held our wedding at Bel Acres this past summer...and we were absolutely blown away with the work they did for us! Their new renovations to the clubhouse were absolutely beautiful, our guests specifically loved the patio! We recently held our wedding ceremony and reception at Bel Acres and it was amazing. They offer a reasonable wedding package with great vendors (we used our own officiant and DJ) but the designer (Outta Site) did an amazing job which was exactly what I described to her (at ceremony site and inside hall). Where do I even begin to describe the amazing and absolutely mind-blowing experience we had. Taryn and her stuff were so easy to work with, they were helpful and caring. They looked after all of our needs, responded to all and every question, want and whim of the bride (and groom). They never said no to anything, it was always, let’s see what we can do. Always smiling, always responsive, always friendly. They were with us throughout the entire process, helping, suggesting, and even helping...Where do I even begin to describe the amazing and absolutely mind-blowing experience we had. Attended a wedding at Bel Acres in June. They have a fantastic setup for both the ceremony and reception. The outdoor ceremony space is beautiful and secluded with a cottage for the bridal party and family. The reception hall is attached to a patio to enjoy part of the evening outside. The staff ensured everything ran smoothly and was a fun time for all. Would highly recommend for any future weddings or events.Attended a wedding at Bel Acres in June. it was absolutely PERFECT! it was absolutely PERFECT!
Had our wedding there this past summer (2022) and it was absolutely PERFECT! The grounds were beautiful, the planning and organizing went super smooth because Amanda was fantastic.
