The culinary team at this beach venue offers a range of options for dining:

• Share menu: Lasts four or five hours and includes appetisers, sharing entrees and main with side dishes and shared desserts
• Plated menu: Five-hour dining featuring canapes and 3-course gourmet alternate-serve meal
• Buffet: Five-hour reception offering a variety of dishes, including meats, seafood, salads and desserts
• Cocktail menu: Five-reception with your choice of 6 bite-size items, 4 bigger items and 3 sweet canapes
