Each wedding is created to suit you as a couple whether that be a big party with all of your family and friends, a playful brunch with lawn games, or a relaxed dinner with a low-key after party. Please note that our minimum guest numbers are 50 people and our maximum guest numbers are 90 people.
Your dogs are welcomed and encouraged to share your special day with you. Your fur-babies are able to join you on the condition that they are supervised at all times (we don’t want them tucking into the wedding cake or sneaking out of the grounds). If you are looking for someone to take care of your dogs during your time with us we can highly recommend Guest of Honour Pet Chaperones.
Love is love and the Old Stone House believes there is no right or wrong way to celebrate a wedding. Let us help you to think outside the box and plan the wedding that best fits you.
Our wedding season is between the start of October until the end of April. We do not offer Winter weddings as the gardens are too bare and the weather too cold during those times.
This package includes:
- Seven hours of site hire for the ceremony and reception beginning upon your guests’ arrival and concluding by 11pm
- An elegant white marquee with cotton linings measuring 9x12m erected on the top lawn for receptions
- Access to the property the day before the wedding for a ceremony rehearsal for up to 10 people and one hour in duration
- Ceremony chairs and signing table
- Reception tables and chairs

Receptions can take any form be that brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner. For added flexibility to suit your tastes and budget, all couples have the option to hire any professional caterer for your wedding. Caterers that we have loved working with in the past include Mr. Papa, Bella’s Feast, Nibble and Nourish, the Lazy Grazer, and Wandering Wood Fire Oven.
