Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club

Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club (MAAC), a modern oceanfront wedding venue in Perth, caters to weddings of different sizes and styles, offering a comprehensive range of services for your special day.

All weddings at MAAC include the following:

• Room set-up 
• Table plan
• White linen tablecloth, linen serviettes, plain skirting
• Bridal table set-up
• Place cards
• PA system and lectern for speeches

Reception Space at MAAC

Blue Room with great views of the Indian Ocean supports different seating layouts and styles. Therefore, your chosen stylist can transform this blank canvas space with flowers, additional equipment and furniture. 

The club offers candelabras, chair covers, fairy lights and different colour napkins at a cost. 

Blue Room capacity is:

• 50 – 110 guests for a formal sit-down reception
• 55 – 180 (off-season), 70 – 200 (peak season) for a cocktail reception
• 50 – 110 for a buffet

Food and Drinks at MAAC

MAAC has an in-house catering team and offers menu options for all tastes. For standing reception, you can choose between customisable packages: 

• Gold: 3 cold, 5 hot, 1 substantial canapé
• Silver: 2 cold, 5 hot canapés

Optionally, create your own cocktail wedding menu by selecting hot and cold items from the extensive list, charged per item. 

Set menus are:

• Gold: Bread and butter, entrée, 2 mains, dessert
• Silver: Entrée, main, dessert

Couples have a long list of dishes to preselect, including traditional items, Mediterranean fish and meat options and creative dishes with unique preparation techniques.

Buffet is available as:

• Premium buffet: bread, butter, 3 salads, 3 hot sides, 4 hot mains
• Normal buffet: bread, butter, 2 salads, 2 hot sides, 3 hot mains

MAAC charges drinks based on bottle and recommends a bar tab, a cost-efficient system. The standard selection features white wines, reds and sparkling wine, tap beers and ciders.
