Lot 100 Hay Valley

Lot 100 is a unique wedding venue in the gorgeous Adelaide Hills in Hay Valley. What was once a simple cattle pasture has been transformed into an enchanting spot to get married. The venue has its own working craft brewery, two distinct event spaces, lovely grounds, and a fantastic team to help you plan your wedding.

Lot 100 spans 84 hectares and offers great views of the apple orchard, gum tree and Adelaide Hills. Venue hire includes:

• A dedicated event coordinator
• Use of the on-site furniture, such as long oak tables, black restaurant chairs, wine barrels, stools, high bar tables
• Reception cutlery, crockery, glassware, linens and napkins
• Festoon lights in one of the reception venues 

Intimate Wedding Receptions at Lot 100 Cellar Door

Cellar Door has an attractive interior with floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden cladded walls and polished concrete floors. The abundance of natural lights creates a warm and inviting atmosphere which goes perfectly with an agricultural-style interior.

Additional details that make this venue stand out are underfloor heating, an 8-metre stone fireplace and an open-front kitchen. The venue has access to a large outdoor deck.

Gala Weddings at The Courtyard Marquee

The Courtyard Marquee at Lot 100 has been custom-built for weddings. It is a charming 20 m x 30 m elegant, black pavilion available for 500 guests. 

The pavilion is surrounded by native plants and manicured lawns, creating an idyllic setup for your wedding. It requires minimal decoration to shine and contribute to the wedding atmosphere.

Wedding Packages at Lot 100

The venue's different menu styles, Harvest, Forage and Wander, include premium food and drinks. All menus can be customisable.

• Harvest wedding menu features:
• Roaming wood oven Pizza
• Antipasto or two shared entrees
• Three shared mains
• Two sides

Forage is an upgraded version of the Harvest package with added dessert. For cocktail receptions, you can choose Wander wedding menu, offering:

• Six canapés
• Wood oven pizza
• One Chef’s table option

You can adjust the menu to your liking and add extra canapés and shared entrée. Alternatively, swap from a shared-style main to individually-plated and add cannoli. 

Lot 100 signature antipasto plates included homemade pickled vegetables, charcuterie, olives and sourdough. Other food options focus on the best of modern Australian and global cuisines, offering heartwarming, diverse dishes.

Beverage packages at Lot 100 are available for 3 to 5 hours, and deliver a standard or upgraded selection of drinks, including beers, craft beers, ciders, wines, sparkling and juices, still and sparkling water.

For a fee, you can add cocktails to your drink menu, such as Negroni and Grapefruit cooler.
