Longmeadow Estate

Longmeadow Estate is a unique wedding venue on the Shipwreck Coast, offering lush gardens and private access to the pristine beach for an ultimate beach rural wedding experience! It is located approximately 50 km from Port Fairy, near the end of the Great Ocean Road.

The lovely grounds of Longmeadow Estate span 10 acres with a seven-bedroom homestead with open fireplaces, Tuscan sandstone floors, and modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Homestead can accommodate up to 14 people. There is an additional space for larger groups.

Ceremony and Reception at Longmeadow Estate

Longmeadow Estate offers magnificent locations for outdoor ceremonies with waves as the background. Every ceremony at Longmeadow Estate includes:

• 40 ceremony chairs
• Registry table
• 4 wine barrels with market umbrellas

The basic wedding package at Longmeadow Estate covers:

• Ceremony setup
• 2-nights’ accommodation for 14 people (additional nights can be arranged)
• Exclusive use of 10-acre estate and all facilities
• Photo rights on the grounds
• 3-phase generator to power your marquee and commercial kitchen 

The venue is versatile, offering romantic alfresco summer receptions and is large enough to accommodate a marquee for 150 people for year-round receptions. Intimate receptions can be hosted in a private dining room at the homestead. The adjoining living area can serve as a cocktail-hour location.

You are in charge of catering and drinks, and it is your choice to BYO alcohol and obtain a permit or rely on a caterer for bar service. The venue doesn’t provide rubbish removal and catering equipment.

However, a list of items is available at cost, including wine and champagne glasses, outdoor gas heaters, umbrellas and wine barrels.
