Ceremony and Reception at Jubri's Hideaway
Jubri's Hideaway offers several ceremony locations at its stunning gardens:
- Breathtaking Balinese Doors: One-of-a-kind setting with lush bamboo, Balinese statues and a relaxed atmosphere
- The Formal Garden: Manicured green designed for a classic wedding ceremony
- The Bush Garden: Harmonious area with gum trees, native plants, bamboo, bushes and unique countryside chic
- The Bamboo Garden: Intimate setting with eagle sculpture and bamboo weavers as backdrop
These ceremony locations are also perfect for outdoor cocktail hour and provide magnificent settings for photos and your guests to mingle and enjoy canapés and drinks.
The Shed is located for the receptions at Jubri's Hideaway, and it features a unique blend of sophistication and rustic details. Details such as black chandeliers, Balinese wooden accents and windmill blades create a charming atmosphere for your reception.
The venue has modern washrooms, a sound system, private bar and supports various seating arrangements, which determine the capacity.
Wedding Packages at Jubri's Hideaway
The event team at Jubri's Hideaway created different wedding packages. For example, Jubri's elopement package is available from Monday to Thursday, and it includes:
- Three-hour venue hire for 20 guests
- Ceremony location setup
- Essential setup and pack down
- Access to the courtyard for pre- and post-ceremony drinks
- Parking
Micro-wedding package includes everything above, including the extra hour of venue hire, and access to kitchen facilities for your caterer and bar staff.
The Jubri's exclusive wedding package is designed for a unique wedding experience with the following inclusions:
- Two-day venue hire
- Accommodation for 6 people
- Access to the pool
- Ceremony location, setup with all essentials, such as arbour and chairs
- Courtyard access for the cocktail hour
- Bar staffing
- Reception setup for 50 people with all essentials
If you want to splurge even more, you can get Jubri's opulence wedding package, which includes up to three days of venue hire, accommodation for ten people and guests' transport. The team completes the setup and packs down everything after reception for 80 people.
Accommodation at Jubri's Hideaway
If the accommodation isn’t included in your wedding package, you can upgrade it and stay in the guest house or opulent cabins. The rooms are comfortable with modern amenities, and get access to the heated swimming pool for relaxation.

We recently attended a Wedding there and the settings, gardens and choice of different areas was magnificent . The Customer service from Judy, Brian and staff was excellent , highly recommended this Venue for any occasion large or small. Geoff and Heather Bradley Jubri's Hideaway Wedding and Function Venue is an absolute hidden gem approx 16 klms from Dalby. We recently attended a Wedding there and the settings, gardens and choice of different areas was magnificent . On the day of the wedding they added extra features with decoration and alleviated all of our stress. The range of different areas around the property allowed guests to self-cater outdoor brunches .We had a wedding of twenty family members and stayed at Jubri's Hideaway from Friday to Sunday.
