At Dusty Hill Vineyard, our philosophy has been to simplify the process, reduce the logistical problems of moving our family, friends and loved ones, from church, to photographic sessions, then on to the reception venue. If you live in a city it's a difficult process to balance. If you are from a regional town, the planning can be a nightmare, especially when you factor in all the travel involved and finding accommodation locally for your guests.
We understand these issues, and have designed our Wedding Ceremony and Reception Service to incorporate and solve these problems. We can provide one location that exceeds your expectations.
The Wedding Chapel
Our beautiful Wedding Chapel is reminiscent of small Queensland country church architecture from the past century. With it's high gabled roof and enchanting entrance portico, our wedding chapel can theme your wedding with all the elegance of a bygone era.
Located in our landscaped gardens, you will be able to relax, with the knowledge that every guest, can celebrate with you both, and all family and guests can be comfortably accommodated for the night as an integral part of the Wedding Celebration. At the completion of the Ceremony, the Wedding Party can move from one perfect photographic location to an even better one, all on the vineyard, whilst your guests can relax at Prendergast’s Irish tavern.
The Reception
Your Wedding Reception can be held in either 'The Cooperage’ for a traditional formal style or Prendergast’s Irish Tavern, for a more relaxed feel. Our talented team of chefs and Maitre de Miranda Prendergast will work with you to plan a memorable wedding menu. We will sit down with you and plan the menu and price that will set this special day apart from all others.
Overlooking our gardens and ornamental lakes, The Cooperage is a perfect reception venue, open on two sides, there is a great ambiance, as the inside and outdoors combine to create a feeling of space with a relaxed, peaceful spirit that will help create your special day. We have a fantastic selection of live entertainment, from chamber musicians through to rock and blues, we work with you to ensure that your wedding will be a party to remember.
