What's included?
- Access to the venue from midday for all approved contractors, and event organisers associated with this wedding.
- Access to Club premises and amenities during the wedding.
- Access to these facilities outside these times must be arranged prior to the wedding.
- The use of standard Club tables and chairs in an agreed floor plan for your event subject to the capacity of available event spaces.
- Access to Club PA speaker and microphone.
- All tables clothed with white linen tablecloths.
- Free car-parking as available.
- In-house music or the opportunity to engage private entertainers. It is a licensing requirement that all entertainment must be concluded prior to midnight.
- A private bar set up in your venue space, staffed accordingly. Ratio is one staff member for every 50 guests.
- Complimentary chilled water.
- Standard completion time for all functions is midnight, last drink will be served at 11.30pm
