Starts with superb valet parking & concierge attendants. Then Andrea @ reception's attention to detail given was sublime. Rooms catered for every need of wedding weekend stay. Atrium breakfast was next level. Only downfall was Alysa in Lobby Lounge bars' attitude & rudeness to customers nearly spoiled the stay.
Just wanted to say that our recent stay at the Crown Metropol was amazing. My wife and i were part of a small wedding party and dealt with wonderful Laura Farias who made the experience amazing from start to finish. From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the room was awesome. The way in which Laura took care of the small details when booking the stay took out the stress of the day for the Bride and Groom and made everything run smoothly.
