Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens is thoughtfully designed to host two weddings at the same time without losing that exclusive, intimate feel. Each celebration takes place on opposite sides of the property, ensuring privacy and a relaxed vibe. The venue is known for its calm atmosphere and attentive, passionate service.

The Treetops Room: Rustic and inviting, this timber-structured space features fairy lights and chandeliers. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the creek and rainforest, creating a warm, nature-filled setting perfect for 30 to 120 guests.
The Marquee: For a more elegant touch, the silk-lined Marquee offers a whimsical, romantic atmosphere. Decorated with twinkling fairy lights and stunning chandeliers, it comfortably hosts receptions for 50 to 200 guests.
Ceremony Locations: Say “I do” in one of two enchanting outdoor spots. Choose the peaceful Waterfall Deck, ideal if you’re using the Treetops Room, or the shaded Jacaranda Tree, perfect for Marquee celebrations. Plus, wet weather options mean your ceremony will go ahead smoothly, rain or shine.

My Husband and I had a very long engagement (9 years), but I fell in love with Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens in one of the first years, when I went to one of their showcase nights. I am so glad, after all this time, I was able to lock them in to be our venue for our special day. From the beginning, they had open communication, quick responses and no question or request was too much, especially our request for a fully vegan catered wedding! We got married just over 4 months ago at Bundaleer and we are still buzzing from it! The staff were fantastic leading up to and on the day, so incredibly accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We seriously had the most perfect day and it would not have been possible without you all. You all made our day run so smoothly and stress free - big shout out to Sascha and Catherine for guiding us through everything 🫶 P.s Everyone (including us) raved about the food and the hospitality [...]We got married just over 4 months ago at Bundaleer and we are still buzzing from it! We had the best experience with this incredible venue. Catherine, Sasha and the staff were all brilliant from day 1. They had excellent communication, so much knowledge and enthusiasm, and made us feel like we could make our dream wedding come to life. We had a few specifics that we wanted to do for our day that were a bit different, and they were on board with every step helping make things work - and Catherine even left a message for us on our audio guest book [...]We had the best experience with this incredible venue. Stunning venue for a memorable wedding event.Stunning venue for a memorable wedding event.
We attended the wedding of our Niece/Granddaughter at this facility and most guests travelled from North Queensland or Interstate/Overseas. Impressed at the setting of the wedding areas and the ability to cope with the unseasonal wet weather that occurred on the day which in no way detracted from the joyous occasion. Instead of a ceremony by the creek a covered area was used where all guests comfortably accomodated. Pre-dinner drinks and nibbles in another covered area with with bar facilities.We attended the wedding of our Niece/Granddaughter at this facility and most guests travelled from North Queensland or Interstate/Overseas. My partner and I immediately fell in love with this wedding venue. The venue has two wedding areas and we chose to have our wedding at the "Jacaranda tree", which had everything we wanted - a beautiful empty canvas for us to create our dream garden/picnic wedding. We got heaps of big board games, rugs, cushions and did a day time lunch reception and it was so much fun. During the planning process, both Sasha and Catherine, the event coordinators were so responsive and reassuring.My partner and I immediately fell in love with this wedding venue.
