Outdoor Wedding Ceremony at Botanic House

Royal Botanic Gardens lawns are a spectacular option for an outdoor wedding ceremony. The ceremony package includes:

• 30 white ceremony chairs
• Signing table and two chairs
• Delivery, setup and pack down

In case of rain, your ceremony will take place indoors, in Farm Cove Eatery, located underneath Botanic House. For weddings with 50 guests upwards, you can sign up for catering on the lawn and serve drinks and finger food to your guests. The catering on the lawn includes canapes, mineral water, beer and sparkling wine. It is available as:

• One-hour service: 3 pieces per person
• Two-hour service: 6 pieces per person

Wedding Menus at Botanic House 

Botanic House offers modern catering options for your wedding day, including plated menus, canapé packages and shared menus.

For example, the Modern Australian plated menu features two or three-course meals with shared starters, individual mains and optional shared sides and desserts. The food range is diverse, featuring a variety of proteins and vegetarian options. 

The Feast menu includes two or three main dishes for guests to share. Available menu options include two or three mains, three or four sides and two desserts. You can elevate the experience with:

• Shared starter platters
• Arrival canapés
• Crew meals
• Kids meals

Canapé package features hot, cold and substantial items and can be organised for:

• Two hours: three cold, two hot, one substantial
• Three hours: three cold, three hot, two substantial 
• Four hours: four cold, four hot, three substantial items per person

Alternatively, you can choose the exclusive chef’s Luke Nguyen menu. 

Botanic House also offers a variety of food stations, such as:

Botanic House offers different beverage packages, lasting four or five hours. Upgrade the experience with champagne toast, cocktails and spirits. The venue also allows for a cash bar for spirits and cocktails. BYO alcohol can be possible depending on your guest number.
