The Audley Dance Hall Café and Events is a unique wedding venue with a relaxed atmosphere, lovely grounds, delicious food and a personal approach to every couple. The venue is several minutes from Sutherland and less than an hour from Sydney and Wollongong. It provides:

Wedding Ceremony at Audley Dance Hall 

Up to nine ceremony locations are available for couples. Some of them include:

• Under the willow tree at the riverside
• Next to the Varneys bridge, alongside the river
• On the wooden deck                            
• On the Dance Hall veranda during rainy days

Ceremony at Audley Dance Hall includes complete setup and reservation of the site with:

• Wooden signing table and two chairs
• 30 ceremony chairs of eight benches
• National Parks Ceremony permit fee

If you choose a ceremony-only option at Audley Dance Hall, you can upgrade the package with canapés and beverage service for one hour.

Reception at Audley Dance Hall 

Audley Dance Hall accommodates 200 guests for a seated reception or 250 for a cocktail party. The in-house event manager will work closely with you to create the optimal floor layout for your guest number. 

The hall is equipped with:

• Round tables, white linens, chairs
• Timber easel
• PA system with wireless microphone for speeches
• Velvet couches
• Fairy or festoon lights
• Cutlery, crockery, glassware and linen

Audley Dance Hall has an experienced and attentive culinary team offering different menu options. Catering features:

• Two canapés per person on arrival (served on verandah)
• Post-ceremony stations (optional): Antipasto station, oyster station
• Cocktail menu with a selection of canapés and substantial items of alternate drop menu style
• Main served feasting style – two mains and two sides
• Wedding cake cutting and platting
• Tea and coffee 
• Five-hour beverage package

Highlights of the wedding menu include:

• Hot and cold entrée, such as seared scallops, kingfish ceviche 
• Two mains: slow-roasted lamb shoulder, crispy barramundi fillet, pork belly, beef sirloin
• Sides: warm Mediterranean salad, honey-roasted butternut pumpkin

Optionally, you can add cheese platters and late night-feasting station, featuring smoked beef brisket, pickles, brioche mini rolls, etc. 

Audley Dance Hall team offers dessert canapés and can supply you with the wedding cake of your choice. 

The standard beverage package at Audley Dance Hall features wines, beers, ciders, soft drinks and juices with an option to upgrade with spirits and cocktails.

Lastly, a part of the all-inclusive service at Audley Dance Hall is accommodation on-site, only 50 m from the hall. A two-bedroom cottage is available for a minimum of two nights’ bookings.
