Aintree Cottage is a DIY/BYO venue located in the Swan Valley. Our stunning cottage sleeps 7 guests and additional dormitory accommodation is available sleeping 16 guests. During your wedding event and stay at Aintree, couples have exclusive use of the property. This means we will never hold another event at the same time as yours. Wedding planning is made easy with a helping hand with On Day Coordination. There are multiple locations on the property to hold your wedding ceremony and reception. Petite Cocktail/Sit Down DIY: “Petite” reflects the small-scale nature of this wedding celebration—fewer guests, limited number of key vendors, and a shorter, more relaxed event. Our Petite Cocktail Style Wedding is designed for couples who want the flexibility to be more hands-on, engaging the vendors they love and customising key elements. While you handpick your own vendors, we will handle the set-up and pack down, ensuring everything is perfect on the day. Perfect for brunch, afternoon Sunday vibes or garden party/early evening style wedding celebration. Choose your own vendors – we do the rest!

Can I have a dog onsite?
Yes you can! You can have your furry friends onsite for your ceremony as long as they are on a leash at all times. Dogs are then taken home after the ceremony and photos.
When is check in/checkout for the 3 Day DIY Wedding weekend?
Check in is between 9am - 12pm. Check out is by 12pm. Our couples have the added bonus of an early check in and late check out.
Can our guests park onsite?
Absolutely! On the day our venue coordinator directs all vehicles into the parking area and welcomes them to Aintree. If you have guests who need priority parking, the names of these guests is given to the venue coordinator who will direct them to their reserved parking spot.
